    After further review, we confirmed that this incident was triggered by a monitoring configuration change and did not impact payment transaction processing. No transactions were delayed or affected.

    Between 10:17 PM and 10:30 PM PT (Feb 12, 2026), we detected an issue where some payment transaction processing was delayed. The issue has been mitigated and all payment transaction processing has returned to normal. We are reviewing the underlying cause to prevent a recurrence.
